In 1996, Iowa Youth Chorus moved beyond the city limits of Des Moines and developed satellite campus choirs in neighboring towns. Today, the satellite campuses include: Ankeny, Grinnell, Indianola, Newton, Pella, and West Des Moines. Generous funding for the satellite campuses comes from the Meier Bernstein Foundation.
