Register / Enroll

Enrolling in our program is very easy. Payment can be made by check, Visa or MasterCard. The first step is to access and print our form

You can then either:

1) Complete and mail the form with your payment to:

2) Enroll by phone: (515) 262-8312

3) Return the form to your teacher

Please note, the materials and tuition fees are due at time of registration.


Sibling Discounts
Families enrolling more than one child in the same class may pay only one materials fee, or buy the sibling kit where applicable.


Refunds
If the class is cancelled for any reason, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your registration at least a week prior to the first class, you will receive a full tuition refund, less a $10 processing fee. After the first class meeting, a credit for a future class will be given. There are no refunds for materials that have been opened.
