The materials and tuition fees are due at time of registration

Sibling Discounts
Families enrolling more than one child in the same class may pay only one materials fee, or buy the sibling kit where applicable.

Refunds
If the class is cancelled for any reason, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your registration at least a week prior to the first class, you will receive a full tuition refund, less a $10 processing fee. After the first class meeting, a credit for a future class will be given. There are no refunds for materials that have been opened.

Weather Cancellation Policy
If the public schools in the district where our class is held are cancelled (West Des Moines), Beginnings! will cancel classes. Afternoon and evening classes will be cancelled if the schools have an early dismissal due to weather.

Make Up Classes
If a class is cancelled due to weather or illness, a make-up class will be scheduled. If you must miss a class, you may arrange to attend another class that week, if one is available.

Siblings
We encourage you to arrange care or use our nursery for siblings during your child's class. However, we understand that is not always possible. If you know that you will be bringing an extra child to class, please call ahead to make sure there is space. Siblings are welcome to attend with parents during the sharing time at the end of class, if applicable.

Photographs
Occasionally, parents may wish to photograph their children during class, or we may take pictures for promotional purposes. If you do not want photographs taken during your child's class, please notify us before class begins so that an announcement can be made.
