Refunds:

Requests for refunds must be made one week prior to the first class meeting. You will receive a refund of your tuition minus a $20.00 processing fee. After the first class meeting a credit toward a future class will be given, minus a $20.00 processing fee. There are no refunds for family packets that have been ordered.


Family Packets:

The family packets are required. These home materials allow the activities first experienced in class to continue at home. In this way, music making truly becomes a family activity that fosters family bonding and fun and helps your child develop musically.


Weather Cancellation Policy:

If the West Des Moines and/or the Des Moines Public Schools are cancelled, Beginnings will cancel classes. Afternoon and evening classes will be cancelled if the schools have early dismissal and/or cancel evening activities. If possible, the class will be made up.


Photographs:

Occasionally, parents may wish to photograph their children during class, or we may take pictures for promotional purposes. If you do not want photographs taken during your child's class, please notify us in writing.
